Any treatments booked in over 1 hour duration will require a 50% holding fee on time of booking. 24 hours cancellation notice is required or deposit will not be refunded. Spa packages not to be split. Please check our terms and conditions for bookings and voucher bookings on website or Facebook.
Voucher numbers need to be given over the phone at time of booking to be redeemed and vouchers must be brought in at time of treatment. Expired vouchers will not be validated. Vouchers are not valid on Sunday trading.
